Employee Cost Calculator

A salary is only part of what an employee costs. Add social insurance, end-of-service provision, visa, medical and ticket costs to see the true monthly and hourly cost.

How the employee cost works

Formula. True monthly cost = gross pay + employer social insurance + end-of-service provision + (yearly costs ÷ 12).

Example. Gross pay 560, plus 12 social insurance, 33.60 end-of-service and 70.83 yearly costs, comes to about 676 a month.

Tip. Social insurance rates differ by country and between citizens and expatriates. Check your country’s current rate.
