How the sales commission works
Formula. Commission = (sales up to target × base rate) + (sales above target × higher rate).
Example. 35,000 × 3% + 7,000 × 5% = 1,050 + 350 = 1,400.
Tip. A higher rate above target rewards your best sellers without raising the cost of ordinary sales.
